Billy Agliano

William “Billy” Agliano is a retired general contractor with a wealth of construction experience. He has been part of planning the Ranch’s forever home project since the very beginning and has been an invaluable resource since before our property was purchased. His wisdom and experience have been invaluable in guiding our new barn’s development and construction.

During his career, Billy spent more than 35 years in the construction industry, with over 28 years as Vice President and co-owner of Superior Contracting Company in Midlothian, VA, specializing in commercial and industrial construction in the Richmond and Central Virginia areas.

Since 1994, Billy and his company successfully completed numerous projects and developed a reputation among local owners, architects, clients, and subcontractors as a quality-driven general contractor with a proven track record of excellent performance.

Billy has a hands-on management style, paying close attention to the details of each project and consistently delivering projects of superior quality, on time, and within tight budget guidelines. His previous projects cover a wide spectrum of commercial and industrial building types and include new buildings, building additions, interior tenant fit-outs, and renovation projects. He has extensive experience in many types of conventional construction including structural steel, light gauge metal, cast-in-place concrete, and wood-frame construction, and has also constructed numerous pre-engineered metal buildings.

Billy is a 1985 graduate of Virginia Tech, holding a degree in Civil Engineering (Structures/Geotechnical). In his free time, he is an avid hunter and fisher and always finds ways to give back to the community.
